Position Title & Compensation Range

Licensed Psychologist (HSPP)

  • $110,000+​

Position Description

Cadence Psychology Studio is in search of warm and professional licensed psychologists to join our team and work to enhance the emotional and relational wellbeing of adults and couples in our local community, throughout the state of Indiana, and beyond state lines (licensure permitting).

 

We are looking for psychologists (1) who are passionate about working with couples, treating trauma, and providing support to women (with a special focus on caring for moms) and (2) who effectively work with diverse populations and a variety of concerns.

 

This Position Will Be the Best Fit for Someone Who:

  • loves working with trauma, providing couples therapy, and offering support to women and moms

  • has advanced training and several years of clinical experience in our specialty areas

  • loves the idea of a steady stream of clients without the hassle of figuring out how to market themselves

  • wants a flexible work-from-home schedule with the option to work from the Cadence offices 1-2 days per week

  • values independence but also wants to feel connected and supported in private practice

To be successful in this position, the clinician will value providing effective, thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate mental health care. The clinician will exhibit an excellent ability to build and maintain rapport with clients and referral sources. Appreciating collegial work relationships, the clinician will value being a collaborative and supportive member of the Cadence team. The clinician will pursue excellence in all their professional roles, responsibilities, and relationships and will be committed to professional growth and ethics. Guided by honesty and integrity, the clinician will be motivated, timely, well-organized, and aligned with the mission and values of Cadence Psychology Studio. ​​

​Desirable Candidates Will:

  • Have training and experience in EMDR or other theoretical orientations/interventions to support trauma processing (e.g., Internal Family Systems, attachment-focused interventions, somatic experiencing)

  • Have training and experience with various models of couples therapy (e.g., Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy)

  • Have training and experience in women's concerns and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders

  • Be open to addressing sexual concerns in individual therapy and couples therapy

  • Be comfortable and competent in providing virtual intake sessions and virtual therapy sessions

  • Be licensed in multiple states (or authorized through APIT)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in counseling or clinical psychology

  • A valid and current license in the state of Indiana as an HSPP

  • Postdoctoral psychology clinicians who are licensed-eligible in the state of Indiana working toward an HSPP designation
